Secondary school students in low SES urban schools using GiveThx 5 minute per day for 6 weeks showed:
-Significant increases in life and relationship satisfaction
-Significant decreases in anxiety, negativity, depression, and stress.
Through an independent research study, GiveThx demonstrates that it meets the criteria for Tier 2, Moderate Level of Evidence, of the Every Student Succeeds Act.
